I enjoyed the book. I think dad enjoyed his visits to Montana mostly because of his rides with you. Jack Wood.

Great story

Thoroughly enjoyed your story and the balance of work family and faith. 30 years ago I was going broke after 25 years of farming (floods, drought, 20% interest). Tried sales and was miserable. Prayed to be busy! The good lord laid a career in my lap and I’ve been happily shoeing horses the last 30 years. Found several ‘pearls’ in your book.

Loved it

I read the book from cover to cover in one sitting. Such a wonderful blend of ranching wisdom and spirituality that’s hard to achieve. I felt intrigued, entertained, and angry at different times, and I intend to implement many of your management practices to use on our operation. Great job Ray!

Inside Look

I’ve Cowboyed a bit myself, on Ranches too small to mention. Ray, I enjoyed this book. I wanted to tell you that Amazon won’t let me write a review on your page. If you want a little Contemporary Western Fiction, try my book, also on Amazon, “Double Dagger Ranch & A Second Chance,” by James Gimpel. Thank you for sharing your story. It is so hard to explain the life of a Cowboy to folks these days. The corrupted versions, as shown on TV/Movies etc., really muddy the water. I think you pulled off a good reply to that & it was needed. Cordially, Jim Gimpel

I really enjoyed reading Cowboy in a Corporate World. It was informative and written from the heart. The perseverance of hardships, the insight into people, and the many improvements and accomplishments make for a great read.
