Ray Marxer may be retired as a corporate ranch manager, but he has no plans to retire from Montana’s cowboy life and the cattle industry. He enjoys sharing his vast experience in successful resource management, breeding cattle to fit the environment, and being profitable as a business, whether he’s speaking to college classes, at industry events–or as a podcast guest.

Ray and his wife Sue live near Sheridan, Montana, where they run their own little herd of cattle, manage their “Ranch Services West” business and spend time with family, friends, and grandkids.
